WHAT ARE PEOPLE SAYING ABOUT THE COURSE?

"Jenna's training course had everything I needed to know about doing estate sales! I never thought this would be something I would love doing so much, I'm working on my 4th estate sale this year and grow more confident with each one, all from the training I got from the course!" Lindsay F.

"My wife and I have been resellers for a long time, and have shopped at estate sales for years, but we've never organized one before. The training course gave me a good understanding of organizing and pricing. Since I started doing them this year, I've been able to take that knowledge and create my own systems that work best for me. I'm on sale #5 and loving it."

Ricky P.

"Thank you so much Jenna! I have learned a lot from your course and it has definitely answered a lot of my questions about the estate sale industry."

Frequently Asked Questions

Why is your course so affordable?

You've probably seen how expensive some training courses are for estate sale providers out there and asked "why is she charging so little for all this information?"

I stumbled into providing estate sales in 2015 and it was life-changing for me. As a Realtor and a single mom, it gave me a second stream of steady income to provide for my family and I knew I wanted to share what I'd learned with other people out there who wanted to work for themselves. I couldn't have afforded to pay hundreds of dollars for a course when I started, so I have intentionally kept it affordable for other people like myself.

Aren't you training your competition with this course?

The first person to take the course was a friend of mine in my hometown. I was beyond busy with sales and doing real estate and needed someone I could refer business to, so I created this course specifically with my competition in mind. This year, the two of us have each been booked continuously and still have to turn people away because we just don't have the time. We both go to the same church, support each other's businesses and shop at each other's sales.

I've learned that there will always be a need for someone to provide estate sale services and there's more than enough business to go around. On one street in my town alone, I've had four large estate sales just this year!

How much money can I make doing estate sales?

This depends on how you will structure your business, but I'll tell you that there are multiple ways to make money once you learn the basics in this course.

You'll figure out over time how you like to work and how much money you need to feel financially comfortable. Some people are doing this as a second source of income and will need to make more money, so they'll take on more sales. Other people, like my friend, do this as an additional income to pay for trips and extras, so she's selective in the sales she takes on. There are other people I know who started doing estate sales after they retired just to have a place to go everyday and something to do, while others want to turn this into a full-time job.

Once you start doing estate sales, you can use that experience to provide additional services to people such as organizating their home, packing services, corporate clean-outs, storage unit liquidation, and online sales.

The sky really is the limit within this industry and how much money you make will be up to you! But even if you take this course, do one sale and decide it's not for you, you'll make more than enough to cover the cost of the course, plus you'll have learned marketable skills that you can use whenever you need to!

Does your course cover contracts?

Yes, I cover the contract I've used in detail in the course and provide a sample contract for reference. I discuss the background of each paragraph so you can contruct your own contract to reflect your own business model, according to rules in your own state.

After I complete the course, do you offer any support in the way of coaching or continuing education?

As of October 2024, we've started a new subscription-based community group for students who've completed the course and want additional monthly support. You'll be able to ask questions to other students who've started their own estate sale companies and get ideas from myself and one another.

Since I still do estate sales (it's 2024 and I'm on my 7th one for the year), I'm constantly coming up with new ideas and more efficient ways of conducting sales, so this community will be my way of offering continuing education.

Once you complete the course, you'll be able to sign up for the members-only community!
